Scope of works

The building is a new-build distribution centre with dedicated freezer and chiller areas. Bolt Group has been appointed to install the man trap and gas detection systems for those temperature-controlled areas.

Work started on site in September 2026 while the main hall was still in fit-out, with installation carried out at height alongside the other trades on the project.
